See a doctor: The redness, swelling and pain sound mostly like an infection such as epididymitis. This is commonly associated with urinary tract infections as well. Swelling and irregularity however need to be checked to make certain a tumor of the testis is not present. Do not guess. Have an experienced doctor check you.
