Late period: If you're not sexually active, or r & use protection, pregnancy is unlikely but can be r/o with home pregnancy test. Many things can affect periods: physical stress, emotional stress, weight gain, weight loss, infection, hormonal imbalance. If not pregnant & periods continue to be irregular, see fp or gyn for possible rx birth control to normalize periods. Use stress management techniques.
