Not clear, more info: It is not clear what you were told. Bacteria is normally found in our intestines and is critical for digestion. This is known as the normal flora. There are some intestinal bacteria that are not normal but will need more info before any recommendations can be made.

Diarrhea?: If your intestinal bacteria is associated with diarrhea then your stool needs to be tested. If the results are positive then proper treatment can be reccomended.
