I do not believe there is one and would be leery trusting any provider suggesting such a label. The intestines are host to millions of active germs at any one point & those that survived stomach acid to reach the intestines can be found on stool culture. Some germs are benign, some cause infection, but I would not want anyone doing a biopsy to find germs. Probiotics can help balance the gut.
