See plastic surgeon: If he six or older you might take him to a plastic surgeon for an opinion of getting his ears pinned back before too long he may become the button jokes frm his peers.

Use on if you wish: A head sock or pull down hat will cover the ears if you desire. I'm not sure why you would need to protect the ears, but heat loss through the head can be slowed by a hat in a chilly environment.
