Dehydration + fever: With temps at 41.3, it is very common to get dehydrated, which can lead to fainting when upright and will also make him feel very weak. I urge you to push fluids by mouth to hydrate him, but more importantly is to find out what is causing the high fever, so have him evaluated by your doctor or urgent care.
