No magic: Collagenase clostridium histolyticum marketed as xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) a drug approved by the fda to treat dupuytren's contracture, has been reported to break down excess collagencausing peyronie's disease. According to auxilium, "the first phase ii trials...Showed promising results." the drug has not been approved by the manufacturer or the fda for the treatment of peyronie's disease.

Stage 3 trials: It is in stage 3 trials and so far has been effective. It is not expected to be released (if approved by the fda) for another year.
