Doctor can evaluate: If very bent, it may be peyronie's disease (due to a thickened, firm area in the compartment where blood flows in to pressurize the penis). A normal penis without peyronie's can be mildly curved when erect and works fine, especially if the curve is upwards. There is no real cure for a mildly curved penis, but with unlimited imagination, a couple will easily find the positions that work well.
