More likely: Yes, if there is a blockage in the tube either pregnancy won't be conceived, or there will be a higher risk of ectopic. If women are aware of tubal blockage, i often discuss an earlier ultrasound (6 weeks) to confirm that the pregnancy is in the uterus.
