You lost more muscle: Exercise increases blood volume (fluid weight). But, you may have lost muscle during this period, at least more so than fat. All can causes your loss of one lb, which is not highly significant!

Maybe not: Absent any serious (1) symptoms like fatigue, chills, fevers or (2) signs..Reduced hemoglobin, change in normal blood chemistries, weight loss is due to reduced caloric intake or increased expenditure. A poor diet can force your body to burn muscle for fuel and store what little nutrition it gets as fat. Muscle is more dense than fat. So, weight can be lost but fat may increase! not good..
