I've been having a dull throbbing pain under my right rib been to the dr had ultrasound, ct, x-rays all normal and had gallbladder removed 2 yrs ago?

Intercostal neural..: You could have intercostal neuralgia where the nerve under the rib has been irritated or bruised and that would not show up on imaging studies. It can be treated with intercostal nerve blocks and / or cryoneurolysis.

MRI or bone scan: Rib pain can be due to infection, costochondritis, malignancy or trauma. If xray and ct are normal, an MRI or a bone scan may be useful for further evaluation.
