Impaired gluocse tol: Your fasting/2-hour blood sugars are impaired and you border on diabetes. Checking your hba1c, liver enymes, kidney function, lipids would be helpful at this point as would addressing any blood pressure and sleep apnea issues. At the very least a change in lifestyle to accommodate healthy diet (dietician) and exercise is necessary. You may also need medication. Please discuss w/doctor.

Too high: Your blood sugar values are above normal. If you have already been diagnosed with diabetes, then your meds need to be optimized to improve these numbers. Also, be careful to avoid foods high in sugar and starches, and avoid sugary drinks and alcohol. If you haven't been started on meds yet, please see your doctor to decide on the right course of action.
