Pre-diabetes: Your morning fasting blood sugar is impaired which places you in the pre-diabetes range. If your 2 hr after eating value was 133 mg/dl , it's ok. These values are only accurate if done in a lab. You need to talk to your doctor about completing the work-up with hba1c, lipids, liver enzymes, and kidney function tests. Diet and exercise may need to change. Please discuss with your doctor.

Pre-diabetes: Based on your blood tests, you're not diabetic but rather pre-diabetic, meaning if you do not lose weight and change the way you eat (avoiding processed starch and sugar and eating more complex, whole grains and veggies), you will become diabetic (i.e. Fasting blood 126 or above) in the next few years. I suggest taking this as a warning sign to change your diet and add exercise to your life.
