Talk to oncologist!!: Pregnancy can cause certain cancers to grow more aggressively, so it is important for you to talk to your oncologist about the risks of carrying your pregnancy to term. Unless you were recently on chemotherapy the risk of miscarriage should be low except for your age and medication which are moderate risk factors.
