Possibly: Would be due to dry eye side effect from your medications. Or could be due to astigmatism becoming manifest due to aging. (sorry for using the aging word).

No: A lot of medications can have transient effect on vision by affecting the focusing mechanism, some may affect eye pressures in suspectible individuals. Fortunately most do not cause permanent damage. However some specific medications can have seriour side effects on the eyes. It is best to consult your doctor before taking any new medications, prescribed or over-the-counter.
