Unusual term: Perhaps you refer to the auras that are associated with classical migraine, but do not include the headache. These include sparkling lights, loss of vision, numbness, even transient weakness, difficulty with speech, memory/focus issues, dizziness, nausea and general malaise, diarrhea. Typically, duration not more than 10-15 min, and may/may not be subsequent headache.
