Eyelashes falling: You can consult a dermatologist or ophthalmologist. Nowadays there are eye drops of ciclosporine that may help. Review the things you put near your eyelashes (mascara, eyeliners). Review your medicines your creams to clean your make up. Check if you lose hair in other parts.

Eyelash loss: The most common causes of eyelash loss are trauma due to eyelid rubbing, blepharitis, hypothyroidism, malnutrition, trichotillomania (eyelash pulling, psychiatric issue). See an eye doctor for evaluation.
