No: Sweats and chills may indicate your temperature is fluctuating, which may indicate an infection. Since you are more prone to infections during pregnancy, i would not ignore these symptoms. Monitor your temperature, and contact your OB in the morning or sooner if your temperature goes over 101 or you start having any abdominal pain. Make sure you get lots of fluids too!
