Could be a DVT: You should see your doctor as soon as possible for an ultrasound of the calf. Immobility, relative dehydration and cramped positions can all lead to blood clot. If your pain is persisting or getting worse, consider going to the er, particualrly if you have any shortness of breath.

Get checked: There are often no symptoms or calf cramp can be indicative of something else. A painless ultrasound would easily diagnose this as a DVT or not.
