EF on ECG: You cannot measure an ejection fraction (ef) with an ecg. Ecg's can tell a lot of things about your heart and you need to see a physician, a cardiologist, to order an echocardiogram. That is the test that will enable that physician to tell you what your ef is.

None: Ef comes from visualizing the heart chamber fully filled and fully contracted (/emptied) and determining what % of the blood within it did not get pumped out. This is done by ultrasound (echocardiogram) or often during cardiac catheterization (using fluoroscopic technique). Ecg/ekg cannot tell you this.
