Which gives less side effects, telmisartan or olmasartan, i have been taking 20mg of telmisartan and have developed a chest/throat complaint.

The same: I do not believe there is any significant difference in the side effect profile. Could this be related to the pill / capsule getting stuck in the throat? Maybe take with food?
