I feel pressure on my chest and my left side rib is paining and i do feel pain on throat. i feel something grabbiing in my throat. i don't have cough.

Needs evaluation: 1. Could be rib, soft tissue injury, bronchitis 2. Could be a collapsed lung 3. Could be a blood clot ultimately you need evaluation and if your pain is that bad you need to go to the emergency room.
