3X a day: Use it as long as you need to. Here are potenital side effects: gi disturbances, dizziness, headache, insomnia, anorexia, decreased heart rate, hypersensitivity reactions. Special precautions severe hepatic or renal impairment; cardiac disorders e.g. Heart block; porphyria. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery.

Let me advise: Gastrointestinal disturbances .Heart burn dizziness .Dyspepsia , hepatic impairment .Renal impairment .Heart failure .Ischemic heart disease . Adult: 405 mg / day in 3- divided doses to be taken 20 minutes before meals. Dose can be gradually reduced after 1 week if sufficient response happen.
