Unlikely: It can rupture on its own it can also make you sick with fevers and sepsis waiting will just increase your suffering it will be painful see a doctor nothing to be embarassed about 800mg three times a day Motrin dosage see your doctor for help.

See a doctor: See a doctor immediately. It sounds infected and will only worsen if it is not drained. This needs to be drained and then in the future removed with a formal surgery.
