Blood in urine: If there are no rbc's in your urinalysis it is probably of no significance.

Nothing: Usually of no consequence. Could be menstrual blood that contaminated the urine, or small irritation in the ureter or bladder. If no symptoms and otherwise healthy could repeat or even just ignore till next routine visit.
