Much Lower: You are to be highly commended for your motivation! at 458 lbs, however, even modest amounts of exercise may rapidly increase your hr. Beginning more modestly, losing a significant amount of weight first (walking, etc.), letting your heart adjust slowly to its increasing demands, will ensure your safety and fitness at the same time. Zumba is intense and a 175 hr is dangerous & will cause faintness.

Evaluation: Exercise is great way to start loosing weight, but considering your possible lack of endurance you need to approach it slowly, preferably under supervision of personal trainer or at least guidance. Complements on your effort, please see you doctor to rule out underlining heart problems. With time your heart rate will adjust, you need more endurance. Do it safe.
