Maybe: If by "little cuts down there" you mean burning pain in your vagina or upon urination, then yes, UTI & chlamydia (a sexuallly transmitted infection/disease) can cause your discomfort. I'm hoping that since you were diagnosed that you also were prescribed appropriate antibiotics which you took & finished as directed. Please do not save any for your next infection. Go see ur doc if you're not better.
