No, but...: Antidepressants will not affect your husbands fertility directly. Howver, ssri depressants (prozac, zoloft, paxil (paroxetine)...) often do reduce sex drive in both men and women. Does this apply to you and/or your husband? You should discuss with the physician prescribing the antidepressant. Given your two children, there will surely be a solution. Good luck!

Maybe: I had a male patient who was told by a fertility expert that his use of citalopram, an ssri antidepressant, was interfering with his sperm production. He had me help him taper off the medication, though I am not sure that a pregnancy resulted.
