I'm trying to get pregnant but really feel as though i should be on antidepressants. are there any safe to take?

Yes: When women have been experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety which affect their lives, it's best to see a physician who can evaluate and see if you are a candidate for medication. If you do take a pill and desire pregnancy, sertraline has one of the best safety profiles. Prozac (fluoxetine) is another. Biggest risk is pph, risk is around 1 in 2000. Talk with doctor about your symptoms first, good luck.
