I have the implanon, i spotted 2 days last month, no period, and now i have dark brown discharge severe cramping & abdominal pressure, is this normal?

Likely: Irregular bleeding is common with the implanon. The cramping is possibly from it as is the pressure. Both can be a side effect of the progesterone. However if the pain is severe or the symptoms don't improve check with your doctor.
