Many, some serious: It is rather what could lead to pain in the chest.Serious conditions that have to be considered and ruled out include angina or heart attack, blood clot in the lungs and rarely tearing or enlargement of the large blood vessel in the chest (aortic dissection or aneurysm).Gall bladder disease, neck or rib arthritis, acid reflux, esophageal spasm, pleurisy or pericarditis, lung disease are some others.
