More info needed: The motility is only one of three key measures of sperm quality. We should also consider number of sperm and shape (strict morphology) for a better answer. Yes: Generally with iui, after the sperm sample is washed (where you separate sperm from semen), you should have at least 5 million total motile normal sperm to inseminate into the uterus (iui). Statistics show that less than that result in much lower pregnancy rates. Good luck.
