Yes: For one thing, alcohol and marijuana can decrease sperm counts. Sometimes, oral or injectable fertility medications may help to improve sperm quantity but my experience is that generally they do not have much effect. There are also a few medications that can decrease sperm production. You should discuss your medical history with your doctor.
