Sperm count: Sperm production requires a slightly lower temperature than body temp - hence the location of the testicles. Tight fitting underwear will raise temp and decrease production and count. Frequent masterbation/sex will also decrease count although sperm production is a 24/7 job. Supplements generally have no effect or sperm count/motility.
