Hcg levels - 6wks levels were 2000, 7.5 weeks levels were 9000. slow rising, but rising. should i be concerned of a miscarriage?

Yes get ultrasound: By the time your HCG is 9000, there should be a visual heartbeat in the fetus seen on ultrasound. Once a heart beat is seen, chances of loss are significantly decreased. So get an ultrasound.
