3.6 cm = about 1.5in: Hi, ur cyst sounds like it is small. You advise that it is 3.6 cm which is less than 1 & 1/2 inches. This would not make you look "7 mo pregnant". When there is an ovarian cyst, you and your doc must consider the following: is it simple or complex? Is there any solid component? Ur age and menopause status. For the cyst a minimum eval is a follow up US (6 wks). For the rest, u need more evaluat
