Several possibilitie: This can be due to friction from clothing, especially if you've been working out more. The most common causes of itching would be eczema or psoriasis, but it could also be due to a yeast infection of the skin. Rarely, itching in this area could be caused by an issue deeper than the skin in the breast itself so it would be worth seeing your doctor for further evaluation.
