See your doctor: Any time the lips are bluish warrants a visit to the pediatrician. If it is around the lis that is different...But bluish lips, tongue, cheek mucous membranes needs to be evaluated.

Cyanosis: Don't wait for your child to turn blue he is lacking oxygen go to the emergency room or call 911.
