INFECTION....: Most common is viral, with runny nose, fever, skin color change due to fever. As long as he is acting normal, not to worry. Make sure he drinks enough fluid. Fever 101f or above, give tylenol/ acetaminophen/paracetamol every 4-6 hours. Can give cold compress on head and neck and tapid sponging with lukewarm water on body. If any worsening, consult his pediatrician.
