Prioritize: There's only 24 hours in a day, 6-8 hours of which is for sleep, the rest is for work, physical and mental activities. At work, you have to space yourself. If you're tired or exhausted, stop working and do some slow deep breathing, neck/stretching exercise, look at nice imagery or just close your eyes and think of nothing. Our mind and body is like a car. We need stops and break every now & then.
