I am so nervous.my doc said my white blood cells were 15.7 and my nuetrophil was at 12403.im a smoker and have psoriasis. .could this be why ?

Did you ask meaning?: An elevated white blood cell count, particularly with a predominance of neutrophils indicates that your body is trying to fight off an infection--cold/wound/urinary tract/etc., etc. It is normal for the level to rise and fall, depending on the "battle status" of your immune system.
