What will help my fatty food intolerance?

1 doctor answer
Dr. David Drewitz
26 years experience in Gastroenterology
Enzymes...: Fats in the diet are broken down during digestion by mixing with bile and pancreatic enzymes called lipase. Sometimes taking a digestive enzyme supplement containing lipase with your meal will help. Remember, intake of more than 20-25% of your daily calories from fat is unhealthy. And the total amount of saturated fat component should be less than 10% of the total fat.
