Fatty food intolerance problem...I had my gallbladder removed in june. I get nauseus after fats?

Fat dyscrasia: This can happen. Some folks have an additional medical problem- pancrease, (pancrelipase) post gb syndrome. Etc. Others take a digestive aid after meals and wait until the common duct gets larger over time and less bile dumping occurs.
