A diary: There are a variety of ways you can test for intolerance or allergy & some relatively good. They sometimes will over/under report positive reactions. One of simple methods is to keep a food diary. Eliminate suspect foods for 2 wks & re-introduce them one at a time. Note reactions within 3 days. Do without for 2 wks & see if it happens again. Reproducible rxns eliminate coincidental events.

Food interance: There are tests for food allergies that tend to be more accurate. Food intolerances is a broad category and the testing is less accurate.
