Back exam: Pain above the iliac crest is not likely to be coming from the hip. It is more likely to be radiating from the lumbar spine. A low back evaluation is indicated.

CT abdomen and pelvis noted 12x9mm sclerotic lesion related to the right iliac bone with a sharp zone of transition. I am having right hip pain and right low back pain with palpable cysts in the right low back. Should I be concerned?
