Balance: There is really no cure for arthritis. Beware of comparing stories with other people on the internet because you don't know the severity of what they are calling arthritis. Eat a healthy diet, participate in non-impact exercise on a routine basis (walking, swimming, biking), pilates and yoga are great exercises to maintain flexibility. Don't give up!
