No: The am academy of pediatrics doesn't recommend any cough products for young children as they haven't been shown effective and sometimes are harmful. Children's coughs may benefit from vaporizer, drinking fluids, and 1 tsp honey for those over 1 year. If cough persists, see dr: consider asthma, pneumonia, postnasal drainage cough, etc. I am not familiar with gravol, so no advice with it.

Symptomatic care: As stated cough medicine is not recommended. If you were to give both medications your child would be very sleepy. Best approach is steaming with santo showers, vaporizer at night, elevated mattress, and fluids but avoiding milkv apo rub on chest helps too.
