Is there any reliable endoscopic surgical treatment for epidural fibrosis?

Not affective : We used to do epiduroscopy but it was found to be ineffective. Sometimes scar tissue is removed if it is causing neurological dysfunction. Unfortunately, there is no cure yet for epidural scar tissue or fibrosis.
