Is it possible for pregnancy to be mistaken for cysts?

Not by a good doc: Any good doctor would be able to determine the difference. You can too. Take a home pregnancy test. If it is positive then you are pregnant. If it is negative then you are not. The cysts would need to be evaluated separately.
