Cheeck: Dear your question is not clear, what is the reason of the swelling, if i assume that the reason being tooth problem you would need root canal treatment or extraction. Check with your dentist to guide you how to deal with the swelling and the ear pain.

Swelling and pain: One possibility is an abcessed tooth. A second possiblity is a blocked and/or infected saliva gland. You should see your dentist as soon as possible.
